Obituary of Tyondra Lashon Newton

Tyondra L. Newton, age 25, died Monday, May 7, 2012 in Minneapolis. A Funeral Service will be held at 1 PM on Monday, May 14 at the Spielman Mortuary. Visitation will be two hours prior to the service (11 AM-1 PM.) Private interment, Elmhurst Cemetery. Serving as pallbearers will be Demarco Newton, Hababi Mzee, Rashad Burch, George Greenhill, Sr., Brookes Newton, and Jerry Berry. Tyondra "Angel" Newman was born July 11, 1986 to the late Jody Newton and Terrance Wilson in Saint Paul, Minnesota. She grew up and attended school at Longfellow Elementary and graduated from ALC School in 2006. Tyondra was a very family-oriented young woman. She loved her family, especially her nieces and nephews. Ty was all the kids' favorie auntie. She also loved to shop. Ty shopped till she droppend and considered herself everyone's personal shopper. Ty will be greatly missed by all those lives that she touched. She was preceded in death by her mother, Jody Newton; grandfather, William "Billy" Newton; grandmother, Debbie Newton; great-grandmother, Wanda Mae Henderson; aunt Melody Newton; great-aunt/mom, Victoria Henderson; and uncle, Farron Henderson. She is survived by her son, Kabron Barnes; sisters, Porche Newton, Tameka Newton, Shaneka Newton, Jameyla Newton, Marguerite "Tweety" Wilson, Melissa Wilson, and Tiara Irshaad; brother, Demarco Newton, Jabril Berry; niece, Zykeia Newton; aunts, Telanda Newton, Buffy Newton, Charita Kirkland, and Tina Davis; cousins, Shona, Rashad, Ashley, and Treniska; father Terrance Wilson; step-mother, Jennifer Russell-Berry; grandmother, Edith Adams, and a host of nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends.
