Leah and the girls, Loraetta, James and Jimmy there are no words I can say that takes away the pain you are feeling. I remember when Karl and Jerold took my car to explore Maryland. Karl didn't have a license but Jerold did. They were 15 and 16. I didn't have a concern about them because they were good kids. Jerold has led a fine life and I know we will see him again in that great great day in Glory. I pray that God grants you peace at this time. I love you.

This is quite possibly one of the most beautiful tributes I’ve ever had the pleasure of reading. Thank you! Growing up around the Hamline corner from Jerold, attending St. Luke’s and later St. Agnes with him, he was always my friend. Reconnecting with him as adults at Midway baseball was a real treat for myself and my (fellow Aggie grad) husband. Everything that was written here about Jerold either rang true from what I knew about him, or else opened my eyes to what else he went forth and did in our world! God Bless all of the Logan/Anderson families. My life was better even just cause I had a glimpse of Jerold in it. I don’t doubt your lives were all the more saturated with his bright light, and I grieve with you and for you and lift you up towards the Lord.
