Frances J. Brown age 76 of Maplewood passed away on April 24, 2021 in Saint Paul, MN. Service 11:00 a.m. Monday, May 10th at the Spielman Mortuary Chapel, 344 W. University Ave. St. Paul. Visitation 1 hour prior to the service (10:00 -11:00 a.m.). Please note: It is mandatory that everyone entering the building wear a face mask. **PLEASE DO NOT PARK IN THE LOT ON THE EAST SIDE OF THE MORTUARY.
