Betty Lucille Wingo, Beloved Mother, Grandma, Great Grandma, Sister, Aunt, and Daughter, Age 75, of Saint Paul, passed away on January 11, 2023. Survived by her Mother, Virginia Roby: daughters, Lynell L. Wingo & Tania Milton (Robert Mansheck); grandson Rayquan Wingo, granddaughter, Taisia Milton, & great granddaughter Kaiden Williams; sisters, JoAnne Roby, Vera Sweeney, Teresa Roby; brothers, Bobby Turner, Jimmy Roby, Jospeh Roby, Ronnie Roby, Ricky Roby, & Leslie Roby; also survived by a host of relatives and friends. Funeral Service Friday, January 27, 2023,12:00p.m. at the Spielman Mortuary, 344 West University Avenue, Saint Paul, Minnesota 55103. Public Visitation one hour prior to the Funeral Service on Friday (11:00 p.m. - 12:00 p.m.). Private inurnment.
