Obituary of Anita Williams

Anita Louise Williams 1960-2022 Anita was born on March 18, 1960, the daughter of Louise Robinson and Charles Williams. She was raised in Gary Indiana along with two sisters and a brother. Anita attended West Side High School in Gary, Indiana before moving to Saint Paul, Minnesota where she made many friends and raised her four sons. She studied cosmetology and loved fashion, decorating, music, photography, dancing, joking and laughing. Anita always had her home beautifully decorated for every holiday – most recently Saint Patrick’s day. She had a sharp wit and a great sense of humor. She was the life of the party. She loved God, family and friends. She worked with children and the elderly, but her proudest and most important job was raising her four amazing sons. She also enjoyed time with her grandchildren. Anita was preceded in death by her parents and son Kevin Washington Jr. She is survived by sons James (Wayne) Williams and Jermaine and Terrell Jackson, grandchildren, cousins, nieces and nephews. Private visitation will be held on April 12 from 11 a.m. to noon at Spielman Mortuary, 344 University Avenue West, Saint Paul, MN 55103, immediately followed by a private memorial service. Private burial at Elmhurst Cemetery, 1510 North Dale Street, Saint Paul, MN 55117, following the memorial service.
