Obituary of Julianne Elizabeth O'Neal

Julianne Elizabeth O’Neal was granted her angel wings on March 31, 2020. Her final days were spent surrounded with her family by her side. Born and raised in St. Paul, Julianne was educated in Ramsey County Public Schools and attended Highland Park High School. Julianne worked various jobs in her young life. At an early age, she had a flair for cooking, baking, and sewing and took great pride at being a homemaker for her children. Julianne was a dedicated mother first and foremost. She treasured being a mother and loved spending time with her family. She especially loved her role as Grandma. Julianne made friends everywhere she went and had a vivacious personality. Julianne loved her 49ers and her Professional Wrestling. Julianne is preceded in death by her mother, Eloise O’Neal; father, Charles O’Neal and brother, Ronald O’Neal. She is survived by her son, Charles O’Neal; daughter, Jaleesa O’Neal; grandson, Jalante O’Neal; bother, Roland O’Neal; sister, Toris O’Neal; and a host of other relatives and friends. Visitation 11:00 a.m. - 12:00 p.m. Monday May 18th at the Spielman Mortuary Chapel, 344 W. University Ave., St. Paul. Service to follow at 12:00 p.m. Interment in Elmhurst Cemetery. In accordance with Health Department regulations only 10 people will be allowed in the mortuary at any time. Please be respectful and limit your time in the mortuary. If you have a face mask we ask that you wear it while inside.
