Obituary of James Walton Milsap

James W. Milsap age 87 of Saint Paul passed away peacefully on Feb 6, 2020. He is survived by his children, Dahia (Norman Sr.) Strickland and Jason (Marla) Milsap-Shanley; grandchildren, Alonia Milsap-Chess, Imara Shanley, Norman Strickland Jr, Nya Shanley; step-grandchildren, Adenike Chon, Latisha Jones and Jessica Strickland; 4 great-grandchildren; half brother, Jerrold Thomas; nieces, Cynthia, Marlie and Brenda; nephew, Troy Johnson; also a host of relatives and friends. Services will be held Noon Saturday February 22, 2020 at Mount Olivet Missionary Baptist Church, 451 Central Ave W., St. Paul. Visitation 2 hours prior to the service at church (10am - Noon).
