Arthur Lee Harper age 70 of Saint Paul passed away on September 25, 2020. A memorial service will be held 2:00 p.m. Wednesday October 7th at the Spielman Mortuary Chapel, 34 W. University Ave., St. Paul. There will be a gathering of family and friends one hour prior to the memorial service (1:00 - 2:00 p.m.)
